Therapy for emotional growth, clarity and connection.

At different points in our lives, we can feel disconnected from ourselves, caught in patterns that no longer serve us or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect, and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others with more clarity and compassion.

Welcome. I’m Ariel.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering psychotherapy for children, teens, adults, and couples across California, both online and in-person.

My work is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel more connected, to yourself and to the people you love.

I believe the most transformative part of therapy isn’t a specific technique, but the trust and safety we build together. From that foundation, healing, growth, and meaningful change become possible.

Therapy

A safe and supportive space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, reflect with curiosity, and better understand your inner world. Together, we’ll develop practical tools to help you feel more grounded and resilient, while strengthening your relationship with yourself and others in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Therapy for Kids & Teens

Warm, developmentally attuned therapy for anxiety, emotional regulation, school stress, neurodivergence, and life transitions, with the option to incorporate expressive arts approaches when helpful.

Optional Integrative Approaches

For clients who are interested, I offer creative approaches, such as music, art, sand tray, and journaling into therapy. These are always optional and guided by your comfort level and goals.
