I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life experiences and transitions.

To me, therapy isn’t about fixing. It’s about remembering who we are, what we love, and what we’ve buried to survive. It’s about finding our way back to the voice within, the one that has always known what we need.

My goal is to help you understand what drives you, what limits you, and what helps you feel more grounded and fully yourself. Having a safe space to share your story is the first step towards healing.

For clients who are interested, I offer mindfulness-based or creative approaches, such as singing, songwriting, music, art, and journaling into therapy. These are always optional and guided by your comfort level and goals.
